Budget and scope

What affects the project cost?

Product pages show equipment prices. Installation, configuration, or other service is included only when expressly listed; otherwise it is quoted separately. Applicable tax and delivery charges are shown separately in the final total.

Rooms and locations
Room dimensions, site count, display count, audio zones, and user capacity affect the equipment plan.
Infrastructure and access
Cabling, power, mounting structures, equipment racks, site access, and working hours affect installation.
Configuration and rollout
Conferencing platforms, system control, user training, testing, and repeatable site standards affect delivery effort.

Get a quote built around your requirements.

Send photos or a layout, existing equipment model numbers, your priorities, and the project location. Valence will confirm the equipment, service work, preparation, exclusions, and delivery or installation arrangements in the quote.

Share the project location when requesting service. On-site availability, scheduling, and travel requirements are confirmed during quoting. Equipment delivery destinations and charges are confirmed separately at checkout or by delivery quote.

Can AV, networking, and security be planned as one project?

Valence’s departments can coordinate those systems within an agreed scope. Identify shared cabling, network, access, and operational requirements before equipment selection.

What should a commercial technology quote include?

Ask for equipment, installation work, configuration, exclusions, required site preparation, and acceptance checks. Ongoing support should have its own defined coverage.

Can the same system be used at several business locations?

A repeatable design can be planned, but each site still needs checks for layout, infrastructure, access, and installation availability. Standardize the user experience while accounting for site differences.
