Delivery
Online equipment checkout is currently limited to United States delivery addresses. Standard shipping is free on equipment orders of $50 or more; otherwise it is $5.99. Valence may contact you to verify delivery or fulfillment details.
Changes, returns, and warranty
Contact Valence Connected before returning equipment or requesting an order change. Return eligibility and manufacturer-warranty handling depend on equipment condition, installation status, and the manufacturer’s terms.
