What you are purchasing

Shop checkout covers the equipment and configuration shown in the order. Site design, installation, cabling, programming, and ongoing support are separate unless expressly listed.

Payment and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping and applicable sales tax are displayed before payment. Secure card processing and receipts are provided by Square. No payment is submitted until the complete total is shown.

Shipping & Delivery

Enjoy free standard shipping on every order—no minimum purchase. Available in the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Large equipment and freight deliveries may need a little coordination. For Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, contact us to arrange delivery before ordering.

Changes, returns, and warranty

We accept eligible returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or slightly used condition. Request your return within 30 days of delivery and contact Valence Connected before mailing any item back so we can provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns are accepted by mail. Customers are responsible for arranging the return label and paying return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee. Exchanges are not accepted; request an eligible return for a refund and place a new order for a different item.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Allow up to 30 calendar days after we receive your return for inspection, refund approval, and payment processing, including the time for the refund to reach your account.

Manufacturer warranty coverage remains separate from this return policy. Contact Valence Connected for assistance with a defective product or warranty claim.

Site activity measurement

Valence measures visits, product views, cart additions, and checkout starts to improve this shop. This activity stays on Valence’s server for up to 90 days. A first-party cookie recognizes returning browsers. Signed-in activity may be associated with your customer account. Payment details and private messages are excluded.
